Fun Facts
When I'm not writing I can be found working through my never ending TBR list, running long distances (which my wife does not understand why I want to run when no one is chasing me), or researching interesting ways to kill someone.

I'm originally from the coal region of Pennsylvania, but currently reside in the lowcountry of South Carolina with my wife and our dog, Charlie, who is named after Charlie Bradbury of Supernatural.

My drink of choice for writing (and any other time) is whiskey or bourbon or hard cider.
​
Some of my favorite authors include Agatha Christie, Stephen King, Kate Carlisle, Stephen Graham Jones, Shirley Jackson, Paul Tremblay, and Chuck Wendig.

If I was a basket on Chopped it would include: Doritos (the nacho cheese kind), black cherry ice cream, sushi, and mushroom pizza.

I'll take a cold, dreary fall day over a hot, humid summer one every time.

If I could have any job in the world, besides writer, I'd be either a stuntwoman or a private investigator.
